Terms of Service

The short version: Buy Envly once and use it on up to two of your Macs. The software is provided as is. Creem handles the payment. You own your data; we own the app.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your purchase and use of Envly, a native macOS application created by Dmytro Virych. By downloading, purchasing, or using Envly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Your license

When you purchase Envly, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the current major version of the software:

  • The license may be activated on up to two (2) Macs that you own or control. You may deactivate a device and transfer the license to another.
  • The license grants lifetime use of the major version you purchased, including free updates released within that major version.
  • The license is for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute Envly or your license key.

3. Intellectual property

Envly, including its name, design, and code, is owned by Dmytro Virych and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Your .env data is yours — we claim no rights to the content you manage with the app.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem handles the transaction, issues your receipt, and is responsible for the billing relationship. The price shown at checkout applies to your purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. "As is" — no warranty

Envly is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for backing up your data and for how you manage your secrets.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dmytro Virych shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use Envly. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

7. Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use Envly. We may terminate or suspend a license that is used in breach of these Terms (for example, redistribution or attempts to circumvent licensing). You may stop using Envly at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will reflect any change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
