Refund Policy
1. 7-day, no-questions-asked refund
We want you to be sure Envly is right for you. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. You don't need to explain why.
Envly doesn't have a free trial, so this refund is how you try it risk-free: buy it, use it on your real projects, and if it's not right for you, just ask within 7 days.
2. How to request a refund
- Email support@envly.app from the address you used to purchase.
- Include your order number or license key (from the email Creem sent you).
- We'll confirm and process your refund — typically within 2 business days.
3. How refunds are processed
Payments and refunds are handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method through Creem. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider, usually 5–10 business days.
4. After a refund
When a refund is issued, the associated license is deactivated. You're welcome to purchase again later if you change your mind.
